Our Story Featured in Bisnis Indonesia

Anugerah Perkasa, a senior journalist in Bisnis Indonesia featured our story in depth yesterday.

Bisnis Indonesia is the biggest news agency for business and economic news targeting Indonesian readers. It is published daily and serve as the Financial Times of Indonesia.

Beside our case, the journalist also mentioned the story of Muhammad Ridwan, an activist for the farmers of Pulau Padang. He is a peaceful environmental activist leader who is protesting against RAPP (part of Sukanto Tanoto’s entities) for lands and environmental issues. He chose to sew his mouth to protest but he is being sentenced for 16 years for joining the protest and crime that he never committed. He is currently serving in jail. We will follow up on his current condition.

  1. Did you see Hermanto’s response in a 1/4 page of advertisement on Bisnis Indonesia? His response demonstrates better than anything else that Sukanto is an abuser and a thief. Coldly twisting the facts while covering his rear, what a pathetic man.
